Revive discussion of the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act, suggests Arkes : News Headlines - Catholic Culture
Arkes mentions another potentially interesting fact about the Born-Alive Infants’ Protection Act: it was formally introduced by then-Senator Rick Santorum.
